Candidate Requirements

Candidate Requirements – Associate Optometrist (Full-Time)

  • Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree from an accredited program.

  • Active New Hampshire optometry license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date).

  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills across comprehensive eye care, including ocular disease management, contact lens fitting, and pediatric/adult refractions.  Our practice has  intense medical diversity.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient-centered care and teamwork.

  • Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development.

  • Comfort with electronic medical records (EMR) and optical imaging systems (Optos, OCT, etc.).

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive clinical and administrative team.

  • Interest in long-term practice growth, community involvement, and delivering high-quality care in a private-practice setting.
