Optometrist – Equity Partner Track | Cold Start + Existing Practice

This is a rare opportunity to step directly into ownership of both a brand-new cold start and a growing, existing two-doctor practice. You’ll shape the future of both clinics—clinically, operationally, and strategically—while enjoying meaningful equity and long-term upside.

You’ll also have support. Business logistics, legal, funding, and systems have been handled—what we need now is a committed optometrist to lead clinical care, build patient relationships, and grow the practice alongside us.

Candidate Requirements

• OD degree from an accredited optometry program

• Licensed or license-eligible in Utah

• 1–3 years of experience preferred (but motivated new grads are welcome)

• Clinical excellence and strong patient rapport

• Desire to be an equity partner and help shape a business

• Willingness to share risk and rewards
