Dr. Jurgensen and Associates is a well-established private optometric practice serving the Western Chicago Suburbs since 1969. Known for compassionate, comprehensive care and strong community involvement, we are seeking a motivated optometrist to join our team as a long-term associate.

Candidate Requirements

Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) from an accredited institution
