Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Optometric Associate to join a fast-growing, patient-focused optometric practice serving the Mid-South area, including Memphis, TN; Olive Branch, MS; and Southaven, MS.
This role offers the opportunity to practice high-quality, medical-based optometry in a commercial setting—without the responsibility of selling or managing eyeglasses.
The associate will provide comprehensive eye exams, manage ocular disease, and care for a large and loyal contact lens patient base, supported by a skilled technical team that handles all pre-testing and contact lens dispensing. The position features a 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM schedule, allowing for excellent work-life balance while maintaining strong production potential.

Candidate Description

Candidate Requirements

Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school

Active (or ability to obtain) optometry license in Tennessee and/or Mississippi

DEA license (or eligibility to obtain)

Willingness to learn and work within established clinical protocols
