Optometric Associate Position in Beautiful Rutland, VT – 160k+ (Full or Part Time)

Job Description

Valley Optometry is an OD-owned, medically focused private practice located in the heart of downtown Rutland, Vermont. We’re looking for an optometrist who’s passionate about delivering comprehensive eye care in a supportive, community-oriented setting. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

We offer:

• A 4-day workweek with no weekends

• A balanced schedule of 16–18 patients per day

• Strong tech support and a team-based approach to care

• A focus on medical eye care (accepting only one vision plan)

Our services include comprehensive eye exams, ocular disease management, emergency care, dry eye treatment (including IPL), specialty contact lenses, and myopia control.

You'll work with advanced diagnostic equipment including:

• Eidon widefield fundus camera

• Optovue OCT

• Antares topographer and meibographer

• Virtual Field visual field analyzer

• iCare tonometry

• Firefly slit lamps

• Reichert digital phoropters

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary starting at $160,000 for full-time, with quarterly production bonuses
