Our growing private optometry practice in downtown Clermont, Florida is seeking a motivated Optician / Optical Sales Specialist to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping patients look and see their best while being rewarded for their performance.

You will work closely with the doctor and technician to guide patients through frame selection, lens options, and contact lenses while delivering an outstanding patient experience.

This position offers strong earning potential through an unlimited incentive compensation plan tied to optical sales and patient care services.

Candidate Requirements

• Optical sales or optician experience preferred

• ABO certification preferred but not required
