Office

A third generation private practice.  We recently rebuilt our entire facility and are now looking to expand.   Having managed to keep ourselves independent and non-corporate has allowed us to build a incredibly flexible practice.  Able to take advantage of changes in technology and changes in the way Optometry is practiced we've kept ourselves at the forefront of eyecare.  We recently added a full Dry Eye Suite with IPL, RF and more.  But we've never lost the foundation that started in 1939 with the first female OD in Maryland.

Candidate Description

I've spent years building this practice to be the ultimate support team for a motivated OD.  Staff and equipment dialed it to let the OD practice they way they want to.  I'm thinking it's a perfect opportunity for a corporate OD who's ready to move up to practicing the way they want to and share in the reward of that hard work.  But we've also had fresh out of school OD's who are motivated to work and build something for themselves.  So having and entrepreneurial spirit and ability to connect with patients are key components to success. 

Candidate Requirements

Must have a Maryland OD license to practice in good standing. 

This job requires regular in-person office attendance.

The office is open Monday - Saturday.  There will be some Saturday hours. (but we work a 1/2 day on Sat)
