Job Description

Gallup Eye Group in Gallup, NM is looking for an OD to serve in a fill-in capacity. Immediate fill in dates are available. 

Growth opportunities available! If we all feel it's a good fit, we are also open to a permanent part-time or full-time associate doctor with partnership potential.

Office

Our office offers full support by a wonderful team who values office culture. Our typical schedule is a heavy mix of medical and routine (with a large pediatrics base within our routine exams). We have 4 exam lanes and our technicians utilize Crystal EHR, OCT, HVF, topography, widefield fundus photography, and IOL master. We offer a full optical with an in-office optical lab.

Candidate Description

Must be comfortable with medical cases in a rural setting. Must be able to work respectfully with fully trained, experienced staff. Days worked are negotiable and fill in pay rate is $1000 per day with an anticipated 17-22 comprehensive exams per day. Clinic hours are 8:15-4:30 M-Th and 8:15-3:15 on Fridays. Lodging can be offered.

Candidate Requirements

OD licensure required. Experience preferred. NM optometric licensure required. Expedited licensure is available.
