The practice has been in the business for more than 50 years- and has patients (families, individuals) that have been visiting the practice for decades. 

Responsibilities

The Optometrist will be responsible for conducting comprehensive eye exams, diagnosing and treating eye conditions, prescribing eyeglasses and contact lenses, and providing patient education on eye health.

Weekday schedule is 9 AM to 5 PM and 2 Saturdays a month - 9 AM to 1 PM.

Our preference is a Full Time Associate that can work between both offices: Santa Clara and Mountain View. We are open to considering Part Time Doctors.

Pay and Benefits

We pay a competitive salary (and open to per diem pay for doctors who want to consider part time positioning).

This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with the lead doctor- Dr Kim in building out a strong practice with the long term vision of providing best in class eyecare for our patients.  

Office

The Practice (including the sister location in Mountain View) has been serving the community for more than 50 years, and is very well regarded amongst its many long-standing patients. Our compassionate and experienced team of doctors and staff pride themselves in offering comprehensive eye care services, including routine exams, vision correction, and management of eye conditions, all tailored to meet the unique needs of each family member.

The practice is modern, with state-of-the-art technology including Optomap, OCT, OCT-A, Virtual Reality Visual Field and Traditional Visual Field, Optilight IPL, iCare tonometry, Topography,  Miebography, and CrystalPM EHR.  We strive to provide a personalized approach to our patients in our modern practices. Our staff are experienced, skilled, and trained to provide full support to our doctors, and has been at the practice for more than 10 years.

We currently have 2 locations: one in Santa Clara (the main practice), and in Mountain View (operating under EyeSight Optometry). The Santa Clara location has 4 other part time doctors; 3 of whom have been with the practice for 10+ years.

We care about maintaining strong relationships with our patients who have been routinely visiting with their families for a long period of time.

Candidate Description

Candidate Requirements

Licensed to practice in California. Ideally someone who has experience/interest in medical optometry and specialty contact lens.
