Job Description

Private practice with amazing office culture looking to hire the right OD (open to part- or full-time). Funky, hip, curated, independent eyewear with ABO certified opticians and technicians. Must be comfortable with medical optometry and excellent refractionist. Salary negotiable. Hiring will include a working interview to ensure match works for all of us!

No weekends! No nights after 5pm!

Our primary location accepts no vision plans, so we are able to keep our prices fair and make honest recommendations for what will solve our patients vision needs. 

We are very interested in providing excellent quality medical eye care for all of our patients and practicing our entire scope of practice. 

Low vision services are some of the most unique offered here, but every day finds something interesting behind the microscope and in the optical. 

We are always curating new eyewear brands and looking for new specialties to help serve our patients!

Candidate Description

Someone who is passionate about fun eyewear, and is willing to actively make recommendations for the materials needs of our patients will do very well. If this person can bring a new skill set (eg. scleral lenses, myopia management, pediatrics, or even broaden our low vision service offerings!), it's really a bonus! We need reliability and we really want this person to grow with the practice. 

It is very rare for an opportunity to open in our practice because we hold onto doctors and staff for a long time.

Candidate Requirements

OD license in Delaware, or willingness to obtain one

Minimum 4 years in clinical practice
