We're Hiring: Licensed Optician (comfortable with fitting new contact lens wearers)
Join our innovative, patient-focused optometry practice!
Position: Licensed Optician
Location: Brookfield, CT
Schedule: Thurs-Tues (10-6)
We are a state-of-the-art optometry practice offering telemedicine services and we're looking for
a passionate and skilled Licensed Optician comfortable with fitting new contact lenses to join our on-site team. If you're eager to work in an exciting, fast-paced environment and provide top-notch care, we want to hear from you!
What We’re Looking For:
A licensed optician who is comfortable and proficient with fitting NEW contact lens patients with different types of contact lenses.
A vibrant, team player who is patient-focused, with a strong work ethic.
Someone who can adapt and is excited to learn new technologies and techniques.
Prior experience in an optometry or ophthalmology practice is a plus
Someone who can help optimize patient flow and ensure a smooth and efficient clinic
experience.
Requirements:
Minimum: Licensed Optician (passed ABO/NCLEC)
Prior experience in an optometry or ophthalmology setting is preferred but not required
Comfortable with ophthalmic equipment and assisting with telemedicine procedures.
