Job Description

Compensation packages start with a solid base salary of between $150,000 and $180,000 annually, plus a commission/performance bonus quarterly.  Flexible Schedule 3 or 4 or 5 days a week, no Saturdays • 401K packages with up to 4% matching • Medical Insurance • Vision Insurance • 3 weeks of paid time off • 7 Paid holidays • track for partnership • Continuing Education Reimbursement • Licensing fees paid • AOA/OOA

Office

We love our patients and are passionate about optometry and changing people lives with the most advanced clinical skills in our county. We currently are a dry eye referral center, where we receive referrals from other optometrists on complex medical cases. Our town is on Lake Erie, with a town full of boaters, and life long residents, summer vacationers, and people moving in to avoid the urban sprawl of Cleveland.

Candidate Description

A conscientious professional who is advanced in their medical care and optical  education, but residency is not required. There is no minimum experience needed: I will hire the right person who has the attitude for success, the drive to grow the practice, the affable personality that patients grow to like and trust.

Optometry degree, Ohio license; residency not required, but welcome.
