Associate Optometrist (Full-Time or Part-Time) – Durham, NC
We are seeking a full-time or part-time Associate Optometrist to join our established, patient-focused practice in Durham. We offer a supportive team environment, flexible scheduling, and modern technology that allows you to focus on providing exceptional patient care.
Full-Time Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $145,000–$165,000
- PTO: 10 days annually, plus major holidays
- CE Allowance: $2,000 annually
- Malpractice Insurance: 100% employer-paid
- Health Insurance: 50% employer-paid employee premium
- License Renewal & NC Board Fees: 100% employer-paid
Scope of Practice
- Comprehensive eye examinations
- Diabetic eye examinations
- Contact lens evaluations and fittings
- Medical eye care and urgent/emergency visits
