About the Practice
Join a well-established, doctor-owned private optometry practice in the North Fort Worth/Haslet area, proudly serving the community since 2008. We specialize in full-scope eye care with a strong emphasis on medical optometry and a modern, well-equipped clinic environment.
What We Offer
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (No weekends or evenings!)
- Support: Multiple skilled technicians and opticians
- Patient Load: 2 full exams/hour (quality over quantity)

Clinical Services & Technology

- Dry Eye Spa & Clinic (IPL, LLLT, TearCare, meibography, etc.)

Our doctor-owned private practice in North Fort Worth offers a true work-life balance with no weekends or evenings, and a supportive, well-staffed environment. Since 2008, we’ve focused on full-scope, medical-based optometry, with services ranging from dry eye treatments, medical eye care, myopia management, scleral lens fittings, and Neurovision exams by our owner doctor.
We’re equipped with the latest technology, support 2 up to 3 full exams per hour, and emphasize quality over quantity. It’s an ideal setting for ODs who want to expand their clinical skills and practice at a high level in a fast-growing, affluent community
Candidate Description
We’re looking for an optometrist who values patient-centered care, is passionate about practicing full-scope medical optometry, and thrives in a well-supported, lower volume setting. The ideal doctor is team-oriented, trained in medical eye care and primary care, willing to learn new treatments, enjoys using advanced diagnostic technology, and seeks a balanced schedule without nights or weekends. This role is perfect for someone who wants to grow clinically while maintaining a high quality of life.
