Brandywine Eye Center is seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Optometrist to join our established private practice in Delaware. We are committed to providing exceptional vision and medical eye care using advanced technology in a collaborative, supportive environment. Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye examinations for patients of all ages.
• Diagnose and manage ocular diseases and vision disorders.
• Prescribe eyeglasses, contact lenses, and therapeutic medications as appropriate.
• Educate patients on eye health, treatment options, and preventative care.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with our experienced clinical and optical teams to provide an exceptional patient experience.
• Refer patients for specialty care or co-manage with ophthalmology when appropriate.
• Stay current with advances in optometry and evidence-based patient care.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
• Active Delaware optometry license (or eligibility for licensure before start date).
• Strong clinical skills with a commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented private practice.
