Full Time Optometrist for OD/MD Medical/Surgical Practice on Florida’s Gulf Coast

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and/or residency trained medical optometrist to join our practice. Locations include Sarasota, Bradenton, and Englewood. The practice offers full scope eye care including general primary care, emergency management, contact lenses, glaucoma, retina, cornea, post-operative care. The right candidate will have the opportunity to build a practice within the practice. Generous salary and benefits. Full time and long term is sought.

Office

This is a vertically integrated practice with ophthalmologists, optometrists, and physician assistants. There exists great collegiality among all providers with quality patient care the prime directive. All optometrists are encouraged to practice to the full scope of licensure in Florida.

Candidate Description

Experienced and/or residency trained and medically oriented.

Candidate Requirements

Doctor of Optometry

Residency training preferred

Equivalent experience in a similar practice style

Florida licensed
