Aya Healthcare is seeking an Optometrist for a 1099 role in northern Montana with a steady 1‑week‑on / 1‑week‑off rhythm.

Job Details

Start: ASAP
Schedule: 8a–5p, Monday–Friday
Coverage: 1 week on / 1 week off (other schedules may be considered)
Contract length: Ongoing (approx. 6+ months)

Work Details

Standard daytime care for general patients
Bread‑and‑butter patient mix
Rural health experience preferred
Any U.S. state license accepted
U.S. citizenship required

Requirements

Standard credentialing items (approx. 60 days)
No felony history, unresolved federal debt, or recent malpractice (within 5 years)
Gaps 3–12 months require explanation; gaps >1 year not accepted
