High Earning Potential in a Busy, Well-Equipped Practice Turlock, CA

Job Description

Pay: $170,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year

Income potential of (170k-190k + 50k sign on bonus for 3 year contract) + full benefits
OCT, Optos, and MiSight for myopia control
A steady stream of patients with support for walk-ins

Compensation Structure

Base Salary:

$600/day
$156,000/year (based on 5 days/week)
Daily Bonus:

25% of gross over $1500/day
Example:
$2000/day = $125 bonus → $725/day → $188,500/year
$1800/day = $75 bonus → $675/day → $175,500/year
Conservative range: $172K–$190K+ annually, depending on pace

Additional Benefits

Retention Bonus: Up to $50,000 for completing 3 years (pro-rated if <5 days/week)
Partial payout after Year 2, remainder after Year 3
