Our privately owned Pearle Vision practices in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, invite you to join a team that has served the community for more than 32 years and is currently expanding into the next generation of full-scope care.

We are offering a full-time optometrist opportunity with a supportive doctor team and excellent technology. 

Work Structure:

• Full-time position

• Every 4th Saturday (with optional paid additional Saturday pick-up opportunities for additional income)

• 1–2 evenings per week, determined by your preferred compensation structure and weekly schedule

Advanced Clinical Services

We currently provide:

• IPL & Radiofrequency treatments

• OCT & OCT-Angiography

• Optos California ultra-widefield imaging

• Topography

• Slit lamp cameras

• VR visual field

• Auto-phoropters in every room

And we are now adding advanced procedures including SLT, YAG capsulotomy, Chalazion injections, Skin tag removal, etc.

Who We’re Looking For

A doctor who is:

• Enthusiastic about primary care and delivering the best care to each patient

• Excited about full-scope medical eye care and interested in advanced procedures

• (Optional, but added bonus) Has an interest in building a new subspecialty in the practice such as specialty contact lenses or pediatrics.

• Team-oriented, patient-focused, and compassionate

We practice full scope and are moving into offering advanced procedures and laser procedures that were recently approved in South Dakota.

Candidate Description

An optometrist with a desire to always learn and a strong work ethic. Working alongside 4 other doctors, it is important to have a 'team' mindset. Especially important is to be able to build a strong rapport with patients and deliver an outstanding patient experience.

Required: Doctor of Optometry

Required: All boards passed
