Tayani Institute is a well-established, multi-specialty eye care group that has been serving Southern California for over 26 years. With seven convenient locations across scenic Orange County and North San Diego County, our dedicated team includes expert Optometrists and Ophthalmologists specializing in cataract, glaucoma, cornea, oculoplastics, and vitreoretinal care.

We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Optometrist to join our growing practice. This position will require travel between our Santa Ana and Brea locations.

Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred, as many of our patients are Spanish-speaking and we are committed to providing exceptional, accessible care to all members of our community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine vision exams
• Conduct contact lens and glasses fittings
• Provide pre- and post-operative care
• Offer medical optometry services
• Collaborate with our in-house ophthalmology subspecialists for seamless patient care

Office

Tayani Institute has been providing the highest quality of vision and ophthalmology care, and cosmetic surgical procedures since 2000. The practice has locations throughout Orange and San Diego County, including Laguna Hills, San Clemente, Oceanside, Irvine, South Coast, Newport Beach and Brea.

At Tayani Institute, pediatric and adult patients have direct access to a team of highly skilled practitioners, including board-certified ophthalmologists and plastic surgeons. Tayani Institute’s in-house laboratory at the South Coast location uses state of the art “green” optical technology to grind and create lenses to correct all kinds of vision issues. We specialize in lens technologies including ultrathin, ultralite, UV, coatings and impact protection; from single vision to progressive addition.

 

Candidate Description

Someone who has experience with the full scope of optometric care, including working with pre- and post- surgical care. Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable. The ability to take the initiative in building their patient base. Able to travel to Brea and Santa Ana.
