Associates in Eyecare is a well known and well established, patient-focused optometry clinic that is dedicated to delivering exceptional eye care to patients of all ages. Our office is well equipped with the latest technology to perform both medical and vision exams. Our patients are loyal to our practice because of the quality of care they receive from our doctors and staff. Our staff is loyal, knowledgeable, and focused on assisting doctors and delivering the best service to each and every patient. We are also one of the only practices in the area to provide vision therapy. Our primary office is located in Saginaw, MI and we also have a satellite office in Hemlock, MI.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and motivated Optometrist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high-quality care and building strong patient relationships. Whether you're newly licensed or have years of experience, we welcome your expertise and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive eye exams and medical eye exams

Diagnose all eye conditions

Detect and manage ocular disease

Prescribe corrective lenses

Fit contact lenses
-
Provide pre and post operative care for patients undergoing eye surgery

Educate patients
Qualifications:

Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school

Valid state optometry license (or eligibility to obtain)

Valid pharmaceutical license to prescribe medications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
