Full-time, 1-year renewable contract

Start Date:

Flexible – September, 2025 start preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary + production-based bonus

• 20 vacation days + 8 sick days

• 4 1/2 Day week
• No weekends. No Emergency call

Candidate Requirements

Qualifications:

• Therapeutic licensure (or eligibility) from:

  • Canada, United States, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, or the United Kingdom

• Skilled in:

  • Family eye care across all age groups

  • Ocular disease management (glaucoma, dry eye, keratoconus, diabetic retinopathy)

  • Specialty contact lens fitting

  • Refractive surgery co-management (pre- and post-op)

• Additional skills in pediatric orthoptics, traumatic brain injury care, sports vision, or low vision are a strong asset

• Must demonstrate high levels of professionalism, communication skills, and a commitment to ongoing clinical growth

• English fluency required; Portuguese as a second language is an asset
