Fulltime permanent practice opportunity in West-Central Minnesota with Minnesota EyeCare Network, Inc.  DBA as Azure Vision Care with offices in Barnesville, Pelican Rapids, Perham, Wadena and Long Prairie.  Minnesota EyeCare Network, Inc. is a private group practice with our offices serving most of Ottertail County in the heart of Minnesota Lake Country including parts of over 7 other counties.  The company consists of four partners looking to add an associate Optometrist to provide full scope primary care for the treatment and management of eye diseases including glaucoma, macular degeneration, pre/post surgical care, refractive surgery, etc. including emergency eye care as we are the only source of eye care in most if not all of the rural communities we serve.   We offer competitive base salary, health insurance, 401K with employer 4% match, paid vacation, paid continuing education, professional dues, licensure, etc.  Please visit our website at www.azurevisioncare.com.  CV can be sent to kolson@azurevisioncare.com.
