Position Highlights:
- Provide comprehensive optometric care across two well-established clinics serving a large and diverse patient base in the growing Southwest Chicagoland region.
- Practice full-scope optometry including routine eye exams, disease management, and co-management of surgical patients (cataract, refractive, and specialty care).
- Collaborate with experienced ophthalmologists and optometrists within a team-focused, multi-specialty environment.

Candidate Description
- Conduct thorough eye exams to assess vision and detect eye conditions.
- OCT and visual field so you can practice at the top of your scope.
- Diagnose and treat various eye diseases and disorders.
- Prescribe corrective lenses and provide pre- and post-operative care for eye surgeries.
- Collaborate with our experienced team to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Stay current with advancements in optometry to provide the best possible care.
Candidate Requirements
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school.
- Valid Illinois optometry license.
- Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to providing patient-centered care.
- Experience with Nextech EHR is a bonus
