We're looking for a friendly, reliable OD to cover several days this June while one of our optometrists is out of the country.

• Thursday, June 26

Office

Tillamook Vision Center is an independent, medically focused optometry clinic with a laid-back, supportive environment and an excellent team. We’re located ~90 minutes from Portland on the Oregon coast.

What to Expect:

• ~16 patients per day or 2 patients per hour
• Tech-supported exams: OCT, wide field fundus photography, meibography, ERG, etc.
• Knowledgeable staff support

Candidate Description

The ideal fill-in optometrist is dependable, adaptable, and confident providing medical and routine eye care in an independent clinic setting. They should be comfortable working with a range of patients and managing common ocular conditions, with the ability to step into a well-supported environment and keep patient care running smoothly. Excellent communication and a collaborative attitude are essential, as they'll be working closely with experienced staff. Familiarity with medical equipment such as OCT Angiography, wide field fundus photography, or meibography is helpful but not required. Whether local or traveling in, a great fit is someone who enjoys providing quality care in a quiet coastal setting and can maintain continuity for our patients during our lead doctor’s brief absence.

Candidate Requirements

Any candidate needs to have a license to practice in the state of Oregon, and availability on the above dates listed.
