We are a well-established primary care optometry practice in Upstate NY seeking a dedicated Associate Optometrist to join our team, with an exciting partnership opportunity for the right candidate. Our practice is committed to providing top-tier eye care using cutting-edge technology while maintaining a comfortable work-life balance. We offer a supportive and modern work environment, where our technicians assist with patient workups, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality care. With a manageable patient flow of 2-3 patients per hour, you’ll have the time to build meaningful relationships with your patients.

Office

This position offers full-time or part-time flexibility, with office hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM—no weekends! You’ll practice full-scope optometry in a practice that values clinical excellence and a patient-first approach.
