Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Optometrist to join our team in a progressive retail practice that offers full-scope services in a beautiful area of the country. We have a well- established practice, in beautiful Branson, MO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both optometry and in building relationships with patients.

-This practice is equipped with the latest technology including Digital Slit Lamps, Digital phoropters, VR Visual Field, OPTOS Retinal scanning and more, allowing you to practice full-scope optometry

-Enjoy a Monday-Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends, providing a perfect work-life balance

Job Type: Full-time or Part time

Salary $750 a day plus bonus and compensation package. 

Schedule: 8 hour shift

License/Certification: Optometry License (Missouri)

We are Steve and Shanna Dorlon. We have been in the industry for over 30 years. After working in the industry for over 10 years on the west coast we were ready to come home and start a family. We decided to use our industry experience and open a PearleVision franchise in our hometown. Being the first Licensed Opticians to open a franchise we overcame a lot of obstacles to create a practice that would give full autonomy to our Optometrist and create a family atmosphere that is a destination store for our surrounding area that our patients would come to year after year. We are super fun! We took our entire staff to Mexico in May because we love our staff, and we know we are only successful if we have a staff that loves what they do. You may ask how we are not open on the weekends? We run our practice as though it is a private practice and fought hard to be closed on Saturday and Sunday because work life balance for all of our staff is important to us.
