Job Description
Eyes On Main is a well respected, busy, established Vision Source office located centrally in Bozeman. I am interested in hiring an associate full or part-time. We are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. In considering relocating to Montana, there are many nice communities, but I think the biggest opportunity is in Bozeman.
Bozeman is a thriving town in Montana. Every imaginable outdoor recreation is out your front door. In town, we have Montana State University, Symphony, Theatre, a bustling downtown and many good restaurants. The expansion of our local airport has made Bozeman the busiest airport in Montana with over 2 million passengers yearly. This has made travel out of Bozeman much easier and affordable also. Bozeman is a great, friendly family town with very good schools.
Office
We have established a great reputation in Bozeman for patient care and quality products. We are a small practice dedicated to excellent patient care using the latest diagnostic technology. We are currently booking out four months as a testament to our loyal patients and new word of mouth referrals.
Candidate Description
A good fit for our practice is an OD that takes the time to address our patients needs in an unhurried manner. Our new associate should have a passion for learning and keeping current. Our new associate should be comfortable having easy conversations with our great staff. I don't ever ask my staff to do anything that I wouldn't do. My staff takes pride in our office and do well self managing their tasks with minimal direction.
