Full Time Optometrist – San Fernando Valley, Chatsworth

Job Description

Young patient population.  Help to grow an Optometry Office and see patients from 6 months and up.  We do some vision therapy.  This is a plus if you have vision therapy background.  We also see a lot of contact lens patients and a lot of dry eye patients.  We have some glaucoma and ocular disease.  We dilate all our patients.  We have excellent technology in the office: a visual field, topography, OCT, Fundus Camera, Goldmann Application Tonometry, Topcon Auto Phoropter. We have an in office lab and great staff.  It is a slow paced office that can get busy at times.  You will have time to get to know the patients and prescribe exactly what they need. We offer myopia control, scleral lenses.  You get to know the patients and their families in a small, cozy office setting.  This is not a fast paced box store.  You will give patients the personal touch.

Office

We are located in a family oriented neighborhood.  We give patients the personal touch.  You get to see the patients for their eye exams and can bring them back for their medical eye visits including dry eyes, glaucoma, etc.  The possibilities are endless.  We are a growing office.  If you are interested in Vision Therapy, We are the office for you.  You can help grow this part of the practice. 

Candidate Description

We need a motivated, happy optometrist who wants to learn and help grow the practice.  We prefer if you can do vision therapy, but not mandatory.  Optometric Spanish Speaking is a plus.

Candidate Requirements

Doctor of Optometry, Therapeutics certified.  Vision therapy a plus.
