About the Position:
We are seeking a full-time Optometrist to provide comprehensive care, including the treatment and management of eye diseases, contact lens examinations, and surgical co-management. Enjoy great pay, no weekend hours, and significant student loan repayment assistance—up to $150,000!
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Scope Optometry: Conduct comprehensive eye exams, manage eye diseases, perform contact lens fittings, and handle surgical co-management.
- Patient Load: See 20-25 patients per day, including routine exams and problem visits.
- Support: Full technician support with advanced equipment such as visual field, SD-OCT, California Optomap, Pentacam corneal topography, and corneal pachymetry.

Candidate Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree (or pending)
- Licensure: Valid state license to practice optometry (Delaware license preferred; assistance provided for obtaining if needed)
- Experience: Residency-trained ODs preferred but not required
