Job Description
Seven day Fill-in optometrist opportunity while I am on vacation, days available are Sept 27th, 28th, and Oct 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th.
We are a full scope optometry practice in Albany, OR located inside a Visionworks. We sell contact lenses, and perform routine and medical eye care. You will be supported by a great team of two, our front desk billing specialist and our technician, plus Visionworks staff next door as needed. Our tech performs equipment pretesting, visual fields, case history, and contact lens trainings. You perform lensometry, entering VAs, and the rest of the exam.
We have a great wide field imaging Cellview retinal camera offered to all patients as a screening!
We book every 30 minutes for stress-free quality eye care. I fit a lot of multifocal contact lenses and hope you do the same! We have a lot of trials available.
Our EMR is EyeCloudPro which is easy to use, and has a lot of autofill. I can send you a login prior to starting to get used to the system and can help you with getting used to the program!

I take pride in being a neuro-optometrist and providing prism when appropriate. We also treat glaucoma despite not having an OCT; we coordinate this service when needed with another local clinic. Glaucoma suspects can be scheduled for testing when I return.
