 *   it is a medically based large optometric practice (over 20% of professional services are medical). They use Examwriter EMR
 *   the practice employs a large well-trained staff that includes some certified ophthalmic assistants and certified opticians (total of 6 to support the 3 providers - and are looking to hire a 7th)
 *   it is a 3-provider practice with various special testing equipment to include: OCT, Optos, etc.  The practice has 9 exam lanes and is over 10,000 sq feet located in the heart of Munster. The patient base is a mix of comprehensive exam and medical visits from age 5+ with the majority of patients being adult average age of 37
 *   This practice offers an extraordinary opportunity for both dry eye as well as specialty contact lens, thus our goal to find a provider who is medically focused and interested in growing dry eye or specialty contact lens program
